To provide clients with communication, education and vision to meet and exceed their landscape goals and give them an outdoors they can connect with and enjoy all year.

Overview

Hulen Landscape Contractors has designed hundreds of residential projects throughout Illinois and Michigan. Often we are brought into a project early on as part of the design team, which consists of an architects and interior designer. We treat the landscape as an extension of the home and view garden spaces as outdoor rooms; the garden and home become one. Design direction is derived from three sources: the client, the actual site, and the architectural style of the building.

Hulen Landscape Contractors was founded by Colleen Hulen in 2003.  Hulen and her and talented staff work each year to build a loyal client base providing the highest standard of design, craftsmanship and customer service. We are comprised of the most creative designers with expertise in landscape architecture, architecture, horticulture, sustainability and LEED requirements.

Our clients are people who want and deserve the highest quality and most innovation landscape design solutions.  Through shared vision with our clients they receive honest communication and an unprecedented industry standard work performance that makes their contractor experience enjoyable and one they use over and over again.

Hulen Landscape Contractors believes from the first meeting until final walkthrough all your goals and questions are understood and addressed so there are never are any surprises.  We then provide design and construction solutions for your project creating the outdoor living area you have envisioned and always wanted.
